Once again we do the tourist thing at the northern point of the Australian Continent.

We purchased these two Crayfish from the local aboriginal peoples who had just returned with about 50 on them.

Great eating prepared in Robert’s butter and garlic fry.

Green Ant Tea, made by dunking the nest of a green ant into boiling water, not bad!
