Wednesday, 7 September 2011 1:47 pm

Monday 5th September:

The day started with another sighting of Musk Ox.
Surprisingly it is only a couple of days since we headed north yet already the colours have changed from the bright yellows, oranges and reds to more a somber tone of pale yellows to brown.

And in the afternoon Moose

The road yesterday afternoon and again this morning was very wet. The spray of mud totally obliterated everything on the sides of the truck.
However once over the Atigun Pass we see blue sky again and for the first time Sukakpak Mountain.
